The role

We are looking to incorporate a Guest Experience professional for Hotel Tigotan (Playa de las Américas, Tenerife). Join a dynamic, service-oriented team focused on memorable experiences.

What you'll do

Provide a personalized welcome to guests and offer assistance throughout their stay.
Inform, recommend, and promote hotel services (restaurants, spa, activities, events, and loyalty programs).
Identify sales opportunities and encourage the booking of additional services.
Accompany and advise guests on the hotel's dining and leisure offerings.
Manage requests and incidents, coordinating with the different departments.
Monitor guest satisfaction and collect feedback to improve their experience.
