About the role

At Capitole we keep growing and we want to add a Payroll Specialist to our team.

We are looking for someone with experience in labor consulting or labor law firms, used to managing the full payroll cycle autonomously, with attention to detail and a desire to be part of a close-knit, collaborative team.

What you'll do

  • Management of the full payroll cycle, including employment contracting, monthly closings, and quality control.

  • Management of registrations, cancellations, and changes with Social Security through the RED System.

  • Management of labor and payroll incidents (sick leave, absenteeism, variables, adjustments, maternity/paternity leave, etc.).

  • Application and interpretation of current labor regulations and collective bargaining agreements.

  • Liaising with different internal stakeholders to resolve labor-related queries.

  • Participation in requirements, labor inspections, and internal audits when necessary.

Requirements

  • Degree in Labor Relations or related fields.

  • More than 3 years of experience in labor consulting firms or labor law offices.

  • Solid experience in payroll, hiring, and labor incidents.

  • Experience working with Innuva

  • Knowledge of A3, Siltr@, and the RED System.

  • Knowledge and application of collective bargaining agreements.

  • English level B2 or higher.

  • User-level Excel skills.

  • Ability to manage workloads, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • A proactive, organized person with initiative, highly detail-oriented, and able to work with confidential information autonomously.
