What you'll do
Execute the strategy for protecting, monitoring, and promoting the physical, mental, and social health of people in the workplace, in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety System and the guidelines of the regional technical coordinator of the Health Service. Identify the occupational origin, as a causative or aggravating factor, of known health conditions and promote the adoption of the necessary preventive measures within the organization.
Main duties and requirements.
Maintain communication with the organization and the Prevention Service, participate in committees, and conduct visits to workplaces.
Manage the follow-up of temporary disability processes and coordinate with the Mutual Insurance Company.
Perform health examinations and collaborate in the health surveillance of workers.
Promote programs and campaigns for physical and mental health promotion (Health 360).
Handle nursing consultations and emergencies, including wound care, follow-up, and support in managing sick leave and medical discharges under supervision.
