Execute the strategy for the protection, surveillance, and promotion of the physical, mental, and social health of people in the workplace, in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety System and the guidelines of the regional technical coordinator of the Health Service. Identify the occupational origin, as a causative or aggravating factor, of known health conditions and promote the adoption of the necessary preventive measures within the organization.

Main duties and requirements.

Maintain communication with the organization and the Prevention Service, participate in committees, and conduct visits to workplaces.

Manage the follow-up of temporary disability processes and coordinate with the Mutual Insurance Company.

Perform health examinations and collaborate in the health surveillance of workers.

Promote programs and campaigns for physical and mental health promotion (Health 360).

Handle nursing consultations and emergencies, including wound care, follow-up, and support in managing sick leave and medical clearances under supervision.

El proyecto que te espera.

Ejecutar la estrategia de protección, vigilancia y promoción de la salud física, mental y social de las personas en el ámbito laboral, conforme al Sistema de Seguridad y Salud Laboral y las directrices del Coordinador técnico regional del Servicio Sanitario. Identificar el origen laboral, como factor causante o agravante, de las alteraciones de salud conocidas y promover en la organización la adopción de las medidas preventivas que se precisen.

Funciones principales y requisitos.

Mantener interlocución con la organización y el Servicio de Prevención, participar en comités y realizar visitas a centros de trabajo.

Gestionar el seguimiento de procesos de incapacidad temporal y coordinar con Mutua.

Realizar exámenes de salud y colaborar en la vigilancia de la salud de los trabajadores.

Impulsar programas y campañas de promoción de la salud física y mental (Salud 360).

Atender consultas de enfermería y urgencias, incluyendo curas, seguimiento y apoyo en la gestión de bajas y altas médicas bajo supervisión.
