You will have the opportunity to participate in different areas of the business, from order management and customer service to product content creation and support for digital projects. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic environment with international projection.

🔎 Main responsibilities

📦 Manage daily order tracking, coordinating shipments, carriers, incidents, and replenishments.

💬 Handle customer inquiries related to sales, product, logistics, returns, and warranties.

🖥️ Create and maintain product files in the PIM system, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the information.

🌍 Coordinate translations and content with international teams.

🔄 Manage returns and refunds in collaboration with customers, the warehouse, and Quality.

📸 Provide support to eCommerce projects, including product photography sessions and visual content generation.

🤝 Internal and External Relations

You will work cross-functionally with the eCommerce, Customer Service, Quality, Logistics, and Operations teams, as well as with various international stakeholders, customers, and logistics providers.
