• You will ensure compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards and will promote participatory development.

• You will always be looking for improvements to solve plant problems (team organization, coordination with the maintenance department) and you will participate in innovations as part of a team.

• Being the connection point with the commercial area, listening to and conveying customer needs.

• Detecting opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the entire production process.

• Collaborating with different teams to achieve the best results.

Here your work has a real impact: leadership, autonomy, and direct participation in results.

• Degree in Engineering or similar.

• Valuable experience of 1-2 years in production environments, leading teams.

• An autonomous, organized person with a desire for continuous improvement.

• Interest in building a stable career with long-term prospects.

• Type B driver's license to access the facilities
