HR Generalist

• University degree in Labour Relations, Labour Law or Human Resources.

• At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role within industrial or service environments.

• Solid knowledge of labour legislation, collective bargaining agreements, Social Security and payroll. Proficiency in labour management tools (A3, SAP, Meta4 or similar).

• A proactive, resourceful person with a strong team orientation.

We are looking for a Labour Relations Technician to join our team. Your objective will be to ensure effective, close and compliant labour management, ensuring the correct application of labour legislation, collective bargaining agreements and the company's internal policies.

• Comprehensive management of labour relations: hiring, monitoring labour incidents, termination of contracts and management of labour documentation.

• Preparation and management of payroll, social security registrations, terminations and variations in the Social Security system.

• Coordination and use of platforms such as Contrat@, Delta@ and RED System.

• Application and updating of collective bargaining agreements, ensuring compliance with labour and occupational health and safety regulations.

• Labour advice for managers and employees on rights, duties and internal procedures.

• Collaboration in the resolution of labour disputes, mediations and communication with workers' representatives.

• Support in labour audits, inspections and internal reports.

• Participation in training and development projects for the centre.
