· You have training in Commerce, Sales, Business Administration, or similar.

· You bring more than 3 years of experience in similar positions in the commercial area.

· Ability to work towards objectives and be focused on good customer service

· You are an analytical person with skills to lead change, being capable of making improvement proposals

· You know how to motivate and support your colleagues, inspiring trust and determination.

· Type B driver's license.

· Orientation towards service improvement and optimization.

· An entrepreneurial, communicative, negotiating, and empathetic personality.

· Experience in relating to different departments in a dynamic environment.

What will your mission be?

As Commercial Manager / Key Account Manager for the Services sector, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by combining active acquisition of new clients (70%) with the management and loyalty of the existing portfolio (30%), always guaranteeing customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards.

What will your day-to-day look like?

· You will develop new business opportunities in the Services sector.

· You will manage and build loyalty with an active client portfolio, detecting growth opportunities.

· You will perform field commercial activity, with availability to travel exceeding 60%.

· You will negotiate service contracts, renewals, and rate updates.

· You will supervise the correct functioning of the service, anticipating needs and resolving possible incidents.

· You will act as a trusted interlocutor, building long-term relationships with strategic clients.
