The role

At Marlex, we are looking for an Export Sales Administrator with Languages to join a company in the wine sector.

We are looking for an organized, decisive person with communication skills, who combines administrative and commercial tasks, providing support for client management and international operations.

What you'll do

Management and follow-up of orders from national and international clients.
Customer service and communication with foreign clients and distributors.
Preparation and follow-up of commercial offers and quotes.
Preparation and management of documentation related to export operations.
Coordination with the logistics, administration, and production departments.
Monitoring of shipments, delivery deadlines, and possible incidents.
Administrative support to the sales department.
Maintenance and updating of databases and client documentation.
Collaboration in the management and development of commercial relationships with international markets.
