Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 3 years of experience in technological project management.
Technical background and software development experience that allow you to understand and debate proposals with specialist teams.
Knowledge of DevOps and the software lifecycle. Experience in DevOps will be of special relevance.
Practical capacity for data analysis, definition of indicators, and knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience using AI in analytics or project management.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

We are looking for a person with critical thinking, initiative, and analytical capacity, who enjoys connecting technology, data, and management to achieve measurable improvements. It is not necessary to master development, infrastructure, and DevOps equally: we will value the technical depth you can provide and your ability to expand that vision.

Nice to have

Power BI, reporting tools, and data modeling.
Generative AI applied to development, analysis, or productivity.
SharePoint O365.
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum, ITIL, or COBIT.

The role

Transformation Specialist (IT Delivery Projects)

At Q-tech, we are collaborating with Banco Sabadell to incorporate a Transformation Specialist (IT Delivery Projects) within the Delivery and Methodology Directorate, integrated into the General Directorate of Technological Transformation.

What you'll do

You will participate in a cross-functional program to improve how technological projects and services are delivered to the business: increasing speed, quality, reliability, and efficiency.

You will work with development, DevOps, infrastructure, architecture, and security teams, providing technical judgment to define improvements, drive their implementation, and measure their results.

Propose and drive initiatives to improve the lifecycle of technological projects and services.
Collaborate with technical teams in the definition of initiatives and their implementation strategy.
In-depthly analyze projects and management data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Define and monitor KPIs for speed, quality, reliability, and efficiency, evaluating the impact of initiatives.
Prepare reports and visualizations that facilitate decision-making.
Identify AI use cases applied to analytics, automation, and delivery improvement.
Contribute to the evolution of methodologies, procedures, and collaboration tools.
