What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the legal team in the management of immigration and international mobility files.

  • Inform clients about the status of their processes.

  • Request, receive, and review the documentation required for each file.

  • Request appointments with public entities (Immigration, Police Stations, Consulates).

  • Complete and upload forms to Public Administration platforms and portals (Mercurio, electronic headquarters, etc.).

  • Draft cover letters and supporting documentation.

  • Coordinate external tasks (banks, payment of fees, sworn translations, consulates, etc.).

  • Accompany clients to certain administrative appointments if necessary.
