The role

We are looking for an organized and proactive person to support the web department in the administrative management of incidents related to orders, deliveries, returns, and customer inquiries.

What you'll do

📦 Management and monitoring of online order incidents.
🔄 Review of cases related to returns and refunds.
🌐 Administrative support to the web/e-commerce department.
📋 Registration, updating, and monitoring of incidents in internal systems.
🤝 Communication with the involved departments to resolve pending cases.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 h to 18:00 h, with 1 hour break.
Friday, from 8:00 h to 14:00 h.
