• Manage orders from start to finish: reception, verification, processing, and tracking.
• Coordinate with the logistics department to ensure that toys arrive punctually in the hands of those waiting for them.
• Attend to clients with a smile (even if they cannot see it through the phone or email) and resolve any inquiry or incident, whether here or on the other side of the world.
• Perform administrative tasks such as preparing delivery notes and invoices, keeping databases up to date, and managing payments.
• Maintain fluid communication with the sales, accounting, and warehouse teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
