About ETHIKOS

Ethikos is a Spanish organizational transformation and HR consulting firm that has been operating since 2015. It offers recruitment/selection services, consulting, and training programs, and works around three pillars it calls "Sistema Humano" (talent, leadership, culture), "Herramientas" (its own methodology, including the CSM created in 2018 and six diagnostics), and "Consciencia" (applied neuroscience, purpose, and AI). The company reports more than 600 transformation projects and over 3,000 selection processes completed.

As a recruitment and HR consultancy, most vacancies published on its job board are positions with client organizations across a wide range of sectors and functions — including sales, finance, supply chain, healthcare, HSE, and technology — in locations across Spain such as Barcelona, Madrid, Girona, Granada, Murcia, and Bilbao, as well as in other countries. International professionals should be aware that applying through Ethikos typically means being recruited for a client company rather than for Ethikos itself, though the firm also hires for its own team (e.g., Recruiter Consultant roles). Its website and careers platform are available in Spanish and English.
