Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing equipment purchases in hotels, retail stores, supermarket chains, or similar.
Organized and flexible person.
Intermediate/advanced English level.
Ability to manage a set of priorities and tight deadlines.
Ability to take responsibility for multiple projects in parallel.
Good disposition for teamwork.

The role

Our client is an international company with more than 40 years in the market. An organization with more than 3,000 employees, where effort, work, service, and creativity form part of its essence and identity, seeking to incorporate an Equipment Buyer into the Works and Own Openings Department. Are you up for the challenge? 🚀

What you'll do

✅ Among your main functions are:

Coordination and management of purchases.
Direct contact with suppliers at national and international levels.
Negotiation and sourcing with suppliers.
Purchasing of FF&E and OS&E (furniture, accessories, and equipment).
Definition and management of the purchase volume and department budget.
Executing and leading action plans for cost optimization and improvement of purchasing processes.
Management of all operational parts and documentation.
