The role
At Eurofirms, we are looking for an Inside Sales Filtration for a metal trade sector company located in Cardedeu, to perform the following functions:
What you'll do
• Manage the complete cycle of customer orders, from receipt and registration to delivery and invoicing.
• Enter and maintain updated orders, delivery dates, prices, and customer data in the ERP.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Production, and other departments to ensure compliance with customer commitments.
• Inform the customer about availability, delivery times, order status, and possible incidents.
• Manage incidents related to orders, deliveries, documentation, returns, and claims, performing follow-up until resolution.
• Prepare and manage the commercial and administrative documentation associated with orders and shipments.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and keep relevant customer information updated.
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the correct administrative management and follow-up of assigned orders.
• Autonomy to manage daily communication with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and operational incidents.
• Ability to coordinate directly with internal departments the actions necessary to fulfill the commitments agreed upon with the customer.
• Can prioritize and follow up on orders within the established procedures and guidelines.
• Can resolve routine operational incidents within their scope of responsibility.
• Must escalate relevant deviations, critical claims, or decisions with commercial or economic impact to the corresponding manager.
• Does not have authority to modify prices, commercial conditions, payment terms, grant discounts, or assume extraordinary commitments with customers without the corresponding approval.
