The role

Eurofirms is selecting a Teleoperator for a telemarketing company located in Valladolid. The selected person will perform the following functions:

What you'll do

- Outbound calls to Sabadell customers to offer them pre-approved loans, administrative tasks.

- Handling incoming calls from customers and providing clear and accurate information.

- Recording and managing incidents, complaints, and requests in internal systems.

- Following up on open cases until they are resolved.

- Offering appropriate solutions according to established procedures.

- Escalating complex incidents to the corresponding departments.

- Maintaining professional communication focused on customer satisfaction.

- Updating data and keeping customer information properly recorded.

- Meeting quality indicators and established response times.

- Among other tasks inherent to the job position.
