Customer service via switchboard for the opening of home insurance policies and incidents at a leading company in home claims management and repair

FUNCTIONS
• Reception, opening, and telephone management of home insurance claim notices
• Information regarding claim status and resolution timelines
• Resolution of incidents and inquiries
