Requirements

What we're looking for

Between 3 and 6 years of demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in complex IT projects.
Solid experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Management of risks, incidents, and mitigation plans.
Experience in executive reporting to PMO, Management, and other stakeholders.
Coordination of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Practical knowledge of traditional and Agile methodologies.
Real C1 English, spoken and written, to lead meetings and presentations.
Excellent communication skills with technical, business, and Management profiles.
Availability for a hybrid model in Madrid/Pozuelo.

Nice to have

Valuable: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum/Agile certifications.
Valuable: experience in IAM, PAM, CyberArk + Conjur, or cybersecurity projects.

What are we looking for?
At Experis, we are looking for a Project Manager - Identity Management / IAM-PAM (M/F/X) to lead complex IT projects in an international environment, coordinating technical and business teams. Hybrid model in Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), 2-3 days on-site per week, Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00 to 18:00.
Profile we need:

What you'll do

Plan, monitor, and control the Identity Management / IAM-PAM project.
Manage milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and escalations.
Identify risks and incidents and define mitigation plans.
Coordinate specialized technical teams, business areas, and international stakeholders.
Monitor actions and commitments.
Prepare and present periodic and executive reporting to PMO and Management, in Spanish and English.
