IT Project Manager (BMC Helix CMDB & Discovery) H/F/M

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to participate in a strategic implementation project for Helix CMDB & Discovery, coordinating different organizations and technical teams to guarantee the success of the implementation.

You will have a key role in project planning, monitoring, and coordination, acting as a link between the client, providers, and technical teams, ensuring the fulfillment of milestones, deliverables, and business objectives.

• Collaborate and coordinate the implementation of the Helix CMDB & Discovery tool in different organizations of the client.
• Monitor projects executed by different technical teams.
• Manage several projects and clients simultaneously.
• Plan and control milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and possible deviations.
• Coordinate technical teams, providers, and the client.
• Prepare monitoring reports, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Organize and lead monitoring meetings and project committees.

• Winter: Monday to Thursday split shift, Friday continuous working day.
• Summer: Continuous working day from Monday to Friday.

• Experience in monitoring implementation projects executed by different technical teams.
• Ability to manage several clients/projects simultaneously.
• Experience in planning and controlling milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and deviations.
• Experience in technical coordination of teams, providers, and the client.
• Preparation of monitoring reports, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Experience organizing and leading meetings and monitoring committees.
• General infrastructure knowledge: cabinets, virtualization, servers, and load balancers.
• At least 5 years of experience in management or coordination of technological projects.
• Knowledge of BMC Helix CMDB & Discovery.
