🔧 Your mission

As a Process Engineer for the automotive sector, you will participate in all phases of the industrial process:

1. Definition of the need and selection of a supplier

• Interdepartmental meetings to converge on a common technical solution.
• Drafting of technical specifications (statement of work).
• Official publication of the BOS to begin the RFQ phase with suppliers.
• Participation in the selection of suppliers by assisting in the analysis of the various technical-economic offers.

2. Documentation, purchasing, and execution

• Participate in regular meetings to converge the documentary quality delivered by suppliers.
• Receipt, checking, validation, and publication of the new documentation in internal systems.
• Work on a joint planning with the supplier for the execution of purchases, receipt of material, and execution of interventions.
• Coordinate and supervise the supplier's work during the execution of the project.

3. Testing & Commsionning

• Converge the prevention and safety plan for the new facilities when appropriate.
• Coordination of tests and audits.
• Training for the Manufacturing and Maintenance teams.
• Validation of documentation and final acceptance.

4. Leadership / client relationship:

• We are looking for a person with the autonomy to manage their own projects but also to lead a team of 3-4 process engineers, while also acting as the main interlocutor with the client, guaranteeing fluid communication, coordination of activities, and fulfillment of project objectives.
