• Coordination of key accounts and sectors: support in following up on strategic clients, areas of specialization, and commercial plans.
• Reporting and business intelligence: preparation, analysis, and monitoring of commercial reports, budgets, pipelines, performance indicators, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Budget planning and monitoring: support in annual planning, monitoring, and control of budgets related to accounts, sectors, and market priorities.
• Cross-functional coordination: collaboration with other CBS teams and the Firm, including Marketing and Communications, CRM, the international network, proposal teams, quality programs, and support areas.
• Support for strategic plans: participation in the preparation and monitoring of annual plans, strategic plans, and market initiatives.

Our Core Business Services (CBS) functions provide a wide range of services that enable our internal clients and the various lines of service to deliver successful professional services. Within CBS, the Clients & Industries area works closely with business teams, sectors, and key accounts, supporting the Firm's commercial activity.

The Consultant position in the Business Development team supports the Markets team in reporting, management, account follow-up, market intelligence, and budget planning. The role requires knowledge and experience in functions similar to those described, with a special focus on operations, reporting, planning, and commercial budget tracking.

• Education: university degree and/or master's in Economics, Business Administration and Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in professional services firms in Business Development, commercial management, reporting, operations, or related areas.
• Languages: advanced level of English, preferably C1, both spoken and written, for interactions with international teams and translation of English/Spanish documentation.
• Tools: advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Key competencies: results orientation, analytical skills, organization, communication, collaboration, proactivity, and attention to detail.
