HR Administrator for Store

• At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or as an HR generalist, ideally in dynamic environments.

• Proficiency in HR systems and the Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Ability to adapt and work under pressure in dynamic environments.

• Discretion and confidentiality.

• Passion for retail and customer service.

• Previous experience working as a store sales associate will be valued.

• Temporary contract, 40 hours per week.

• Morning shift from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week.

We are looking for a Human Resources Administrative Assistant for our store team in Madrid. Their main mission will be to lead human resources administration and the execution of office tasks in the store, ensuring the accuracy of HR operations and keeping employees informed, reinforcing engagement and a positive work environment, to ensure at all times that the store management team can focus solely on store operations and people development.

• Keep our internal time and attendance system up to date: store team clock-ins, vacations, sick leave, permits, etc.

• Keep the company's internal system (Workday) up to date with team information.

• Carry out the onboarding of new employees during their first week: initial training, updating our system, photos for the board, adding them to store trackers, etc.

• Keep all team contractual documents up to date in the systems and in files, handling all information with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with data protection regulations.

• Be the person responsible, together with the store management team, for ensuring store policies and procedures are followed.

• Manage and follow up on company orders: uniforms, manuals, markdown stickers, office supplies, etc.

• Manage the store's Click and Collect area according to the periods established by the Omni-Channel department.

• Manage any IT issues in the store.

• Keep company information in the Back of House up to date at all times.

• When necessary, provide support to the sales team, greet and address customers with kindness and courtesy, and provide excellent customer service on the sales floor.
