What we're looking for

Essential training

Higher Level Vocational Training, preferably related to Sales Management and Commercial Spaces, Commerce and Marketing, Administration and Management, Chemistry, Environment, industrial processes, or similar areas.

Experience

Previous experience or knowledge in waste management, recycling, waste treatment, circular economy, environmental services, or related sectors.

Computer skills.

Regular use of office tools and Microsoft Office environment.

Through solutions oriented towards the recovery of resources contained in waste, we work alongside companies and industries, contributing to recycling, recovery, and the circular economy.

For our Northern Industrial Waste Delegation, in Asturias, we are looking to incorporate a Junior Sales Technician with Vocational Training, experience or knowledge in waste management, and motivation to develop their career in the commercial area.

We are especially looking for a person with knowledge of Asturias and its business and industrial environment, with initiative, customer orientation, and a desire to grow professionally within the environmental sector.

What you'll do

You will be part of the sales team, collaborating in the development of FCC Ámbito's activity in Asturias, identifying new business opportunities, and performing follow-ups with clients and services related to waste management, recycling, and recovery.

You will have the opportunity to progressively develop your commercial knowledge and competencies within a specialized team.

Identify and develop new commercial opportunities related to waste management, recovery, reclamation, and recycling.
Acquire new clients and perform follow-up on the existing portfolio.
Carry out commercial visits to companies and industries in the area to understand their needs.
Collaborate in the preparation and follow-up of commercial offers.
Participate in the negotiation of commercial conditions with the support of the team.
Maintain close and continuous communication with clients.
Resolve inquiries and perform follow-up on the services provided.
Detect opportunities for expansion or improvement of contracted services.
Perform administrative follow-up of commercial activity, invoicing, and collections.
Keep commercial information up to date and prepare follow-up reports.
Collaborate in the follow-up of tenders, bids, and new opportunities linked to the environmental sector.
