We are looking for a Labour Relations Technician for [LOCATION] to advise and provide technical support in legal-labour matters, ensuring regulatory compliance, the stability of labour relations and the defence of the company's interests, actively participating in collective bargaining, conflict resolution and legal representation, contributing to a fair, safe working environment aligned with the organisation's strategy.

What you'll do

The main duties will be:

Interpret and apply current labour legislation, collective bargaining agreements and case law.

Prepare legal reports, opinions and action proposals in complex labour situations.

Participate in negotiation processes with works councils and trade unions.

Draft agreements, minutes and documentation associated with collective agreements, pacts or collective measures.

Intervene in the resolution of individual and collective conflicts.

Advise on disciplinary procedures, sanctions, dismissals and restructuring.

Represent the company in labour trials, conciliations and mediations before the competent bodies.

Coordinate with external law firms when necessary.

Prepare and accompany actions before the Labour Inspectorate.

Prepare the required documentation and coordinate the response to official requests.

Maintain a fluid and professional relationship with trade unions, works councils and staff delegates.

Participate in joint committees and social dialogue forums.

Monitor relevant legislative and case law changes.

Propose updates to internal policies to ensure legal compliance.

Coordinate with the recruitment, training, development and personnel administration areas to ensure the coherence of labour actions.

Support the preparation of protocols, internal policies and labour communications.

Required education:

University Degree in Law or related fields.

University Master's Degree for Access to the Legal Profession.

Desirable training:

Master's in Human Resources Management, Labour Law and Social Security, Corporate Legal Advisory and/or related fields.

Required experience:

Minimum accredited professional experience of 2 years in performing functions similar to those described.
