Experience:

• Minimum accredited professional experience of 3 years in performing functions similar to those described.

Required Training:

• Higher Vocational Training in Computer Systems Administration, Network Microcomputing and/or related fields.
• University Degree in Engineering, Architecture and/or related fields.

Desirable training:

• Master's degree in Software Engineering, GIS, Industrial, Topology and/or related fields.

Required languages:

• Native Spanish
• Catalan: Advanced
• Intermediate English

We are looking for a qualified IT Technician at our workplace in Balmes (Barcelona) with the aim of ensuring the operability, security and efficiency of the Vision platform, providing technical support, maintenance and collaboration on projects within the platform.

The duties will be:

• Parameterize, administer and maintain the Vision modules, ensuring their correct operation and adaptation to

the organization's business processes.

• Provide first and second level functional support to internal users and contractors, resolving

incidents related to the use of Vision, process configuration and data exploitation.

• Configure, test and deploy new functionalities, parameterizations and enhancements of Vision, ensuring their

alignment with business requirements.

• Supervise the correct application of security policies in Vision, including access control, profiles, roles

and traceability of operations.

• Collaborate in the definition and implementation of new solutions within Vision, participating in functional analysis,

testing (UAT) and user training.

• Manage the configuration and functional catalogue of the system, including master structures, process flows,

business rules and parameterizable data of Vision.

• Monitor the use, performance and data quality in Vision, proposing improvements to optimize operational processes

and system efficiency.

• Document Vision parameterizations, functional processes, user manuals and operating procedures,

ensuring their continuous updating.

• Participate in Vision evolution projects, including process automation, integration with other

systems (APIs, ETL) and functional improvements.

• Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations and standards, especially in the

processing of information managed in Vision (LOPDGDD, ISO/IEC 27001, ENS or other applicable ones).
