Requirements
What we're looking for
- Education: Engineering or Higher Degree / Postgraduate in Quality Management.
- Previous experience of 2 years in similar functions is required - Knowledge of Management Systems
- Minimum knowledge of Office at user level is essential - High Excel Level
- Language: English, A2 (Basic/Intermediate Level).
The role
What you'll do
- Advise and provide support in the Quality Area regarding the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard in the certified business units and those to be included in the scope of Finanzauto's certification.
- Maintain fluid and permanent communication with the Centers in order to ensure continuity in the correct application of the processes certified under ISO 9001.
- Direct interlocution with the different business areas certified under ISO 9001.
- Support in the Document Management of the QMS in the Quality Area.
- Perform periodic audits of the Centers according to the Annual Audit Plan.
- Control and monitoring of Annual Quality Objectives as well as the established Indicators.
- Support and assistance in the preparation of the various periodic Quality Committees and monitoring of the various resulting actions.
