What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in automotive or two-wheel vehicle aftersales, either in operational management (workshop manager, service advisor, aftersales manager) or as a process and commercial network consultant.
Technical knowledge: Solid command of workshop operations, capacity planning, aftersales KPI analysis, and DMS system functionality.
Skills: Analytical capacity, effective communication, results orientation, and the ability to lead change without direct hierarchy over the teams.
Mobility: Full availability for continuous travel, with a work model that is eminently on-site at network facilities.

Nice to have

Previous experience in the two-wheel / motorcycle sector.
Knowledge and practical application of Lean methodologies, 5S, or continuous improvement dynamics.
Experience in digitalization and connectivity projects oriented towards aftersales.

The role

We are looking for a Junior Field Consultant to intervene directly in official network facilities, diagnosing workshop operations, implementing improvement plans, and supporting teams in the adoption of change.

What you'll do

Analyze and optimize the entire aftersales cycle (from appointment and reception to execution, invoicing, delivery, and follow-up), improving operational efficiency, workshop profitability, and customer experience.

Availability to travel nationwide from Monday to Friday. Travel expenses will be covered according to the project policy and a company vehicle will be provided, therefore having a valid driver's license is essential.
Comprehensive operational diagnosis: Analyze front and back office processes at each facility, detecting bottlenecks, efficiency losses, and opportunities in workflows, human resources, and material resources.
Capacity and performance optimization: Evaluate installed capacity and propose organizational adjustments (schedules, shifts, distribution of spaces and workstations) to maximize occupancy, technical productivity, and sales of labor and spare parts.
Implementation of improvements and standardization: Design priority action plans alongside the managers of each facility, applying Lean and 5S methodologies to reduce unproductive time, movement, and repetitive tasks.
Digitalization and tool adoption: Support teams in the effective use of digital aftersales management platforms integrated with the DMS, improving traceability, appointment scheduling, and service opportunity management.
Coaching and KPI monitoring: Provide practical on-the-job support, evaluate the evolution of key indicators, and ensure that operational improvements are maintained over time.
