• Degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, or similar. A Master's in Human Resources Management and training in HR Analytics is highly valued.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in international environments.
• Experience in the implementation of HR ERPs and digitalization tools is desirable.
• Fluent English (conversational level).
• Knowledge of international labor legislation (especially the European environment).
• Experience leading teams (minimum 3 years).
• Advanced Excel and Power BI.

At the Fini company, we are looking for an International Labor Relations & HR Analytics Manager for our HR department at our facilities in Molina de Segura (Murcia), reporting directly to the Human Resources Directorate.
Your mission will be the comprehensive, efficient, and digitalized management of labor relations, HR analytics, and personnel administration in an international environment, aligning policies and processes with the company's global strategy and regulatory compliance in all countries under your responsibility.
What will you do in your day-to-day?

• Supervise and resolve labor conflicts, coordinate disciplinary processes and dismissals, ensure regulatory compliance (national and international), and coordinate audits and inspections with external legal advisors.
• Participate in collective bargaining, union elections, and committees (equality, health and safety), act as an interlocutor with legal worker representation, and manage labor terminations.
• Define and implement administrative processes (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, absences), coordinate and support the team, establish hiring criteria, and keep labor calendars updated.
• Prepare and control personnel budgets, implement salary policies and variable compensation systems, negotiate social benefits, and propose actions regarding deviations.
• Lead the digitalization and improvement of HR processes and tools.
• Implement reporting systems and KPI analysis, preparing reports for Management.
• Coordinate social and financial audits, lead job evaluations and salary maps, and collaborate on the sustainability report and the equality plan.
