The role
We are looking to hire a Payroll Intern to support the Payroll team in managing payroll processes and personnel administration. The person will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the labor area, participating in the day-to-day operations of the department and collaborating on different processes related to employee management.
What you'll do
- Provide support in the preparation and review of payroll, collecting and verifying the information necessary for its correct preparation.
- Manage and update employee data in internal systems.
- Support the management of onboarding, offboarding, and modifications of employees.
- Collect and review payroll variables: absences, vacations, overtime, incentives, or other concepts.
- Collaborate in the control of payroll incidents and their follow-up until resolution.
- Provide support in the management and filing of labor and administrative documentation.
- Collaborate in the preparation of Payroll and HR reports and statements.
- Support the team with employee inquiries related to payroll, documentation, and administrative processes.
- Participate in tasks of data control and review, ensuring that information is updated and correct.
- Collaborate with the HR team and other departments on different administrative tasks linked to the employee lifecycle.
