What you'll get

Joining a stable project with great expansion potential.
Indefinite Contract with a 1-month probationary period.
Full-time: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 or 9:00 to 17:00 or 18:00 and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00. Summer, Christmas, and Easter intensive schedule.
Location: Vicálvaro.
Mileage expenses to different work centers (within the Community of Madrid) covered by the Foundation.
Salary: €20,500 gross per year, paid in 14 installments.

The role

We are currently looking to hire a Support Unit Technician for our People area.

To accompany and support workers, especially those with disabilities, in their socio-labor insertion process, fostering their adaptation and well-being in the work environment to improve their quality of life.

What you'll do

Labor Integration: Facilitate the welcome, adaptation, and personalized supports for the integration of workers with disabilities into their positions.
Family Counseling: Guide workers and their families regarding social resources and supports to optimize their well-being.
Individualized Plans: Design and execute support plans and personalized psychosocial reports in collaboration with the team using the PCP (Person-Centered Planning) methodology.
Document and Project Management: Draft/adapt reports in easy-to-read format, justify grants, and manage relevant documentation for the area and for the support unit beneficiary themselves.
Intervention in Critical Situations: Mediate in conflicts and critical situations to guarantee a safe environment, focusing on improving the personal benefit of the individuals susceptible to UA.
Awareness and Training: Deliver operational workshops in collaborating companies, promoting natural supports and resolving doubts regarding the inclusion process.
Coordination with External Resources: Maintain communication and collaboration with external services that support the workers.
Volunteer and Internship Management: Coordinate activities and follow-up for volunteers and students on internships.
Process Optimization: Detect and propose continuous improvements in the work processes of the CEE divisions.
Recreational Activity Management: Organize and manage trips to the beach and other recreational activities to foster the integration and well-being of workers, especially those with disabilities.
Participation in Transversal Projects: Collaborate in organization projects to foster an inclusive and participatory culture.
