The role

About the Team

We are looking for a Sales Consultant - IT Solutions to strengthen our sales team at CS&M, a Glintt Life company. This is a position oriented towards the acquisition and development of individual clients, combining commercial customer service, telemarketing, and the management of commercial campaigns from the office.

What you'll do

Telephone contact with potential clients (B2C) and existing clients.
Development of telemarketing actions and commercial follow-up.
Management and closing of sales opportunities.
Advice and guidance to the client regarding technological products and services.
Follow-up of commercial campaigns and promotional actions.
Preparation and updating of commercial offers.
Customer loyalty and management of the client portfolio.
Registration and follow-up of commercial activity in internal tools.
