Higher Level Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or similar.
B2 level in English.

We are looking for a: Purchasing Clerk to join our team.

What you'll do

Manage the purchase requests and orders for projects, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and necessary approvals.
Coordinate with the project and site teams the documentation and information necessary for each purchase.
Manage the approval of suppliers and subcontractors, including internal processes and the Achilles platform.
Create, modify, and perform the tracking of orders in Business Central until their approval and signature are completed.
Keep the purchasing documentation updated and organized, guaranteeing traceability and support for audits.
Maintain continuous coordination with site, projects, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure agile and efficient management.
