The role

What you'll do

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an automotive parts specialist whose main objective is to supply the requested parts to: workshops, other departments, and the rest of the company. Maintaining the parts stock in perfect storage conditions, order, and cleanliness. Achieving the greatest possible efficiency in parts supply.

YOUR TASKS

Sales of parts over the counter at the workplace.
Reconciling the cash register of the parts store.
Invoicing for materials received and sold.
Placing orders for spare parts needed by the bodywork and mechanics departments, as well as for the counter itself.
Entering delivery notes and material purchases into the computer systems.
Carrying out stock control and replenishment.
Ensuring the supply of parts in the warehouse.
Handle telephone inquiries.

Schedule: 40 hours/week. Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00
