Funeral Advisor

What you'll do

- Inform, advise, and carry out the contracting of the service with the family, coordinating all necessary resources to meet Grupo ASV's quality standards.

- Identify, collect, and transfer the deceased. Handle the deceased for identification and transfer, in the event that they are not held at home, to the funeral home or, failing that, to another province.

- Loading and/or transferring funeral material (coffins, caskets, flower wreaths...)

- Complete the forms required both by Grupo ASV and by the administration (create files in Business Central, Navision, etc.)

- Process documentation (Literal Death Certificates, Last Wills, Pensions, etc.) in the corresponding external organizations (Hospital, Court, Civil Registry, etc.)

- Prepare the deceased. Applying techniques of thanato-aesthetics, thanatopraxy, etc., with the appropriate materials in each service to guarantee excellent preparation.

- Visit and attend to families in the viewing rooms (room presentation and farewell, providing catering, press...).

- Accompany the family, resolving doubts and offering assistance at the last moment.

Monitor the rooms and the corresponding management (e.g., management of belongings, etc.)

- Perform the maintenance and cleaning of vehicles and facilities. Tidying and cleaning facilities, work tools, and vehicles.

- Monitor the various funeral services, review files, and make a daily report of the files pending invoicing.

- Review invoices pending collection through appropriate management and report the information to both your direct supervisor and by recording it in the system (Business Central, Navision).
