The role
At the Universidad CEU San Pablo, we are looking to incorporate a person from the academic management area to cover a long-term replacement in the Montepríncipe Student Secretariat.
What you'll do
Duties to perform:
- Modifications to student enrollments (registrations, withdrawals, and subject modifications) in coordination with the Academic Secretaries.
- Registration of students who have requested a change of degree, coordinating with the Admission and Billing & Collections services (new intake)
- Management of student file closures
- Verification and closure of files for students withdrawing from a degree
- Verification and closure of files for students withdrawing from the University
- Management of student readmissions
- Management of credit recognition and equivalencies
- Coordinated management with the Dean's Offices and Vice-Dean's Offices of the faculties
- Management of requests for file transfers and simultaneity
- Sending all modifications/recognitions to billing to verify collections
- Management and entry of adaptation templates across all degrees
