Your mission will be to manage and coordinate the administrative and academic processes linked to Undergraduate and Master's students, ensuring compliance with regulations, process quality, and close, proactive service to the student:

  • Manage academic and administrative processes related to enrollment, student records, credit transfers, and official certifications.
  • Supervise compliance with current regulations and collaborate in the preparation of academic and monitoring reports.
  • Provide personalized attention to students, both in person and remotely (telephone and digital), resolving incidents with a service-oriented approach.
  • Process the issuance of academic certificates, degrees, and official documentation associated with the student's educational journey.
  • Manage and keep academic databases updated, using technological tools and university management platforms.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks with other functional areas of the University to ensure process coherence.
  • Propose and implement operational improvements that optimize the quality and efficiency of Academic Secretariat services.
  • Participate in verification, monitoring, and accreditation processes for official degrees, providing documentary and administrative support.
  • Support credit transfers and recognitions according to current regulations.
  • Guarantee the integrity, traceability, and archiving of official documentation in accordance with quality and audit criteria.
