Administrative Assistant, General Secretariat

Currently, we are looking for an administrator for the People Management department at a leading University. Does this suit you?

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:

• Attention to and response to inquiries from students and families.
• Reception and management of admission and enrollment requests for the University's programs.
• Review and verification of academic documentation.
• Processing of certificates and degrees.
• Administrative management of complementary data linked to the operations of the General Secretariat.
• Rigorous compliance with established processes and systems.

• Academic training in the field of administration and management.
• Experience in administrative management and user service positions.
• Professional linguistic competence in English and Basque is essential.
• Proficiency in IT tools.
• We are looking for a person with a user orientation, ability to work in a team, attention to detail, planning and organization skills, and excellent oral and written communication qualities.
