What you'll do

Executive Assistant

- Coordinate the organization of committees and management meetings.

- Manage agendas, commitments, and travel arrangements.

- Organize and coordinate business trips.

- Act as a point of contact and filter communications directed to Management.

- Receive and attend to institutional and corporate visitors.

- Manage expenses, orders, documentation, and other administrative tasks related to executive activity.

General Services:

- Monitor and coordinate general office services.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

- Manage and resolve issues related to facilities and services, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.

- Monitor vehicles, properties, and real estate, especially regarding legal requirements and occupational health and safety (PRL).

- Friday: 7-hour workday, with flexible entry between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. and exit between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m.

- Intensive workday: last 5 business days of June, all of July and August, and first 5 business days of September, with the established Friday schedule.
