The role

We are looking for a senior profile to lead the overall strategy of the entertainment venue, ensuring its positioning, growth, and operational excellence. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the business, including operations, business development, visitor satisfaction, and meeting revenue targets.

What you'll do

Implement the company's overall strategy and its guidelines at the local level.
Lead the team and ensure operational efficiency.
Drive growth initiatives, including new revenue streams and strategic partnerships.
Act as the main institutional representative before key stakeholders.
Oversee visitor satisfaction and ensure high standards of quality.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Demonstrable experience in general management or similar leadership roles is required, preferably in retail environments, entertainment venues, the cultural sector, hospitality, or tourism.
Strong strategic vision combined with a clear operational focus.
Experience in business development and managing multidisciplinary teams.
Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of the local market.
