The role

We are looking for professionals to join the team of Managers specialized in KYC (Know Your Customer) Bilingual level in Dutch with no experience required for the company we collaborate with American Express.

Your main objective will be to ensure that all our client information is up to date and meets regulatory compliance standards, guaranteeing high-quality and accurate service.

What you'll do

Merchant portfolio management: monitoring and maintaining an assigned portfolio of merchants/establishments.
Advisory relationship: acting as the point of contact for merchants, understanding their business, their needs, and proposing improvements or solutions.
Account analysis: reviewing sales data, operations, and transaction volume for each merchant, and preparing reports to identify opportunities (growth, retention, risk).
Strategic plan development for each merchant: defining actions in collaboration with the client to increase card acceptance, improve adoption, optimize costs, and increase transaction volume for the merchant.
Retention and growth: identifying merchants at risk of leaving and implementing strategies to retain them; also seeking new growth opportunities within the portfolio.

How you'll work

Contract: Main contract of 6 months through an agency, with renewal and the possibility of transitioning to permanent employment (stable position).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Work model: Hybrid (in-person training, then a mixed model with 2 days working in the office).
