What you'll do

Provide first and second-level technical support to the store network and headquarters staff, offering service to more than 7,000 employees, as well as personalized attention to VIP teams.
Perform hardware and software configuration, ensuring the optimal functioning of computer systems.
Participate in strategic projects such as the opening of new stores, IT equipment renewal, system updates, efficiency improvements, and large-scale migrations.
Offer support to users on mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals, guaranteeing a technologically efficient working environment.
