- Will provide you with the necessary technical fundamentals to understand network structures, operating systems, and IT management tools from day one.
- Your previous experience in technical support or Helpdesk (+2 years)
- Will allow you to operate with ease and agility when facing everyday or critical problems, mastering ticket management in tools such as Easy Vista and communication with users.

The role
Are you passionate about solving technological challenges, helping users, and being part of a dynamic and collaborative IT environment?
In this role, you will immediately join a solid technical team in Barcelona (Diagonal Mar), where you will guarantee the technological continuity of more than 500 users in an environment with constant support and daily learning.
What you'll do
You will be the fundamental piece to ensure that technology is a facilitator and not an obstacle for the company's users, ensuring that IT services function with maximum quality and agility.
With your proactive incident management and close attention, you will not only resolve technical problems but also provide peace of mind and effective solutions to the daily lives of more than 500 professionals.
What you will enjoy in this position
- Constant technical learning: You will work in a multi-device and multi-system environment (Windows, Mac, Android, MDM, ticketing tools such as Easy Vista), which will allow you to constantly update your IT skills in a large-scale professional environment.
- Autonomy and a key role on the team: You will be the direct point of reference for resolving incidents remotely and on-site, applying ITIL best practices and making your daily work visibly impact the well-being of hundreds of users.
- Professional stability and good working environment: You will integrate into a consolidated support project with a close-knit team that will accompany you from day one, where camaraderie and mutual help are the basis of daily work.
- Unbeatable location in Barcelona: You will work on-site in the Diagonal Mar offices, a fully equipped, modern environment with excellent public transport connections and services.
- Defined shifts and planning: You will have organized schedules (rotating shifts adapted from 14:00 to 22:00h or from 9:00 to 18:00h within the 7:00 to 22:00h window), which will make it easier for you to structure your time clearly.
In your day-to-day
- You will resolve and manage IT incidents and requests (hardware, software, networks, and mobility) both remotely and on-site, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA).
- You will maintain and deploy workstation infrastructure, configuring Windows/Mac computers, tablets, and peripherals, and performing MDM enrollment of mobile devices.
- You will nurture the knowledge base and write technical documentation, creating FAQs and communications for users to optimize the resolution of future inquiries and improve the team's autonomy.
