Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience in telemarketing, arranging visits, customer acquisition, or lead generation.
Good communication skills, active listening, and synthesis skills.
Commercial orientation and accustomed to working towards objectives.
Ability to manage a high volume of contacts and face negative responses with a positive attitude.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft 365, especially Outlook and Excel.
Organized, proactive, constant person with a results orientation.
Ability to adapt to different sectors and campaigns, as well as ease in working in a team.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Part-time employment of 25 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
Fixed schedule from 9:00 to 14:00 h.
Temporary contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Joining the outbound department to develop customer acquisition actions.
Annual salary of 17,139.58

The role

At Grupo Crit Granollers we are looking for a Commercial Management Teleoperator to join the outbound department and participate in B2B commercial prospecting campaigns for different clients.

We are looking for a person with good communication skills, a commercial orientation, and the ability to work towards objectives, who enjoys telephone contact with companies and the generation of new business opportunities.

What you'll do

Make outbound calls to companies to identify interlocutors and detect commercial opportunities.
Identify and qualify the needs of potential clients.
Present products and services adapted to each campaign.
Handle objections and maintain result-oriented commercial conversations.
Arrange visits, telephone meetings, and video calls for the sales teams.
Follow up on contacts and commercial opportunities.
Register and update information in the CRM.
Manage commercial communications via email and document the activity performed
