At Grupo Crit, we are looking for Customer Service Managers with GALICIAN for a major Banking company.

We are selecting people with excellent Customer Service skills and experience in banking companies

What you'll do

Handling inbound calls from customers in the banking sector.
Provide clear and concise information about financial products and services.
Resolve issues and inquiries effectively and professionally.
Identify cross-selling opportunities while providing exceptional service.
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

How you'll work

Contract through a temporary employment agency for 3 months + extensions.
Part-time contract for a 38.5-hour weekly schedule
Shifts available: Morning from 08 to 16, or Afternoon from 16h to 24h.
Work 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday, with 2 weekends off per month.
