Cross-selling Teleoperator

• Previous experience in sales or a commercial environment (telephone or in-person).
• Commercial skills: We are looking for people with persuasive and closing abilities, who enjoy selling.
• Good product presentation: Knowing how to explain the benefits of the service in a structured and attractive way.
• Results orientation: People focused on achieving and exceeding objectives.
• Proactive and decisive attitude: Ability to manage objections and turn doubts into opportunities.

• Language: A high level of Catalan (spoken and written) will be positively valued.

• Part-time schedule of 30 hours
• Afternoon shift from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
• Gross hourly wage of 9.74 Euros gross + commissions
• Initial 3-month contract with Randstad with the possibility of joining the staff
• Prior online training will be provided

• Location: Barcelona (5 minutes from the Fira metro stop)

• Cross-selling and advice: Listen to their needs, resolve doubts, and propose products or improvements that add value and increase their coverage.
• Personalized attention: Handle each case with empathy and a commercial focus.
• Administrative management: Correctly record information in the systems.
• Achievement of objectives: Reach quality and retention targets, with incentives for results.
