Business Development Sales - KeyPartners

We are looking for a Business Development Sales - independent hotel collection for a 360º Sales and Marketing Management service specialized in independent hotels that require ad-hoc action plans. 

What will you be responsible for?

• Driving the expansion of the Keypartners project, identifying and attracting new independent hotels and carrying out visits to owners, in-person meetings, networking and industry events.  
• Presenting the Keypartners service model and its 360º Sales and Marketing solutions, adapting the proposal to the needs of each hotel.
• Collaborating with the Sales Management and internal teams in defining ad-hoc strategies for the hotels incorporated into the project. 
• Participating in the initial follow-up of hotels to ensure proper implementation of the service.
• Participating in trade fairs, events and business missions to support the visibility and growth of the project. 
• Detecting market opportunities and providing strategic vision for the continuous improvement of Keypartners. 

What are we looking for? 

•  Education: Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality or similar.
• Experience in commercial or business development positions within the hotel sector.
• Experience in direct dealings with hotel owners and decision-makers.
• Knowledge of the independent hotel ecosystem.
• Experience or knowledge in revenue management, distribution, direct sales and the groups segment is a plus.  
• Profile clearly focused on client acquisition and project growth.  
• Availability to travel and participate in business events.

Buscamos un/a Comercial de Desarrollo - colección de hoteles independientes para un servicio de Gestión de Ventas y Marketing 360º especializado en hoteles independientes que precisen de planes de acción ad-hoc. 

¿De qué serás responsable?

• Impulsar la expansión del proyecto Keypartners, identificando y captando nuevos hoteles independientes y realizando visitas a propietarios, reuniones presenciales, networking y eventos del sector.  
• Presentar el modelo de servicio Keypartners y sus soluciones de Ventas y Marketing 360º, adaptando la propuesta a las necesidades de cada hotel.
• Colaborar con la Dirección Comercial y los equipos internos en la definición de estrategias ad‑hoc para los hoteles incorporados al proyecto. 
• Participar en el seguimiento inicial de los hoteles para asegurar una correcta implantación del servicio.
• Participar en ferias, eventos y misiones comerciales como apoyo a la visibilidad y crecimiento del proyecto. 
• Detectar oportunidades de mercado y aportar visión estratégica para la mejora continua de Keypartners. 

¿Qué buscamos? 

•  Formación: Grado o Licenciatura en Turismo, Administración de Empresas, Hotelería o similar.
• Experiencia en posiciones comerciales o de desarrollo de negocio dentro del sector hotelero.
• Experiencia en trato directo con propietarios y decisores hoteleros.
• Conocimiento del ecosistema hotelero independiente.
• Valorable experiencia o conocimientos en revenue management, distribución, venta directa y segmento grupos.  
• Perfil claramente orientado a captación y crecimiento del proyecto.  
• Disponibilidad para viajar y participar en eventos comerciales.
