Currently, we are looking to hire an HR Business Partner - Development and Talent Specialist
for our Barcelona offices.

• • Accompany executives and managers in the implementation of people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• • Identify organizational needs, anticipate risks, and propose solutions related
    to development and talent.
• • Design and implement development plans aligned with the key competencies of the
    organization.
• • Coordinate performance evaluation processes, accompanying managers in their
    application and in the definition and monitoring of subsequent actions.
• • Participate in the identification of talent and potential within the organization and Drive
    employee experience initiatives aimed at improving engagement and loyalty.
• • Participate in the definition and monitoring of succession plans for key positions,
    collaborating with managers and heads of different areas.
• • Advise managers on the management and development of their teams, providing
    tools and support in matters related to performance, feedback, and
    professional development.
• • Design and drive training actions and promote internal development programs.
• • Collaborate in the adoption of new methodologies, processes, or ways of working.
• • Actively participate in cultural and organizational transformation projects.
• • Analyze indicators related to talent, performance, potential, turnover, internal mobility, and engagement, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• • Prepare talent and development reports and dashboards, translating information into
    recommendations and proposed actions.
• • Make data-driven recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
