The Tourism team, specifically our Hotel Boutique La Isla y El Mar 5* , is looking to hire a Maitre.

Reception and Welcome

• Receive customers in the restaurant in a polite and professional manner.

• Supervise table assignments and ensure that the welcome process is efficient.

• Manage reservations to guarantee efficient use of tables and ensure that customer preferences are respected.

• Work in close collaboration with kitchen staff and other team members to guarantee harmonious and efficient service.

• Supervise and coordinate service staff.

• Assign tasks and ensure that staff follow the hotel's service standards.

• Participate in the training of service staff, ensuring they are well-informed about the menu, procedures, and service expectations.

• Resolve incidents and conflicts that may arise during service.

• Guarantee that customers are satisfied and address any problems in a professional manner.

• Supervise the presentation of dishes and drinks to ensure quality and consistency with the hotel's standards.

• Interact with customers to guarantee they have a positive experience.

• Receive feedback and suggest improvements as necessary.
