What we're looking for

Education in international trade, logistics, or a related field.
Commercial experience in sea and/or air freight, with a hunter approach (business acquisition).
High level of English.
Availability to travel (2-6 times per month).

The role

What you'll do

Develop, expand, and consolidate our network of international agents, identifying business opportunities and strengthening strategic relationships, with the aim of increasing market share and company profitability.

Develop and manage the network of international agents (Networks).
Identify business opportunities and generate international traffic.
Collaborate with the commercial team in acquiring and developing accounts.
Coordinate operations with agents and internal teams.
Analyze results and propose improvements.
