The role

At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for a student who wishes to carry out HR Internships for VIU, from the Planeta Formación y Universidades division.

The mission of the Human Resources department intern is to provide support in the administrative tasks of the area, collaborating in the organization, control, and monitoring of internal processes related to personnel management.

Through their functions, the intern strengthens their skills in administration and organizational management, contributing to the operational efficiency of the department and the proper development of the human resources team's activities.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Support in selection processes:
- Planning and participation in group dynamics.
- Support in the hiring processes of the teaching staff (PDI).
Support in administrative tasks:
- Performing support tasks in the personnel administration area.
- Preparation of contractual annexes.
- Collection of updated contact data for employees (addresses, telephones, emails...)
- Management of the HR department email.
- Sending credentials to the teaching staff (PDI).
- Filing of documentation.
- Sending training calls.
- Design and preparation of presentations.
Collaboration during the Onboarding process of new employees:
- Supporting the integration process of new collaborators, ensuring they receive the necessary documentation and are given an adequate welcome.
- Conducting follow-up meetings for the Onboarding process of new hires 3 months later.
Support during the Offboarding process:
- Conducting and recording exit interviews.
Support in internal communication:
- Supporting the dissemination of important announcements, news, and internal events, such as integration activities or celebrations.

Requirements

What would we like to see on your CV?

Opportunity to formalize an internship agreement for a minimum period of 6 months.
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations and Human Resources, Law... Postgraduate (Master's) in HR.
Proficiency in office tools: Mastery of programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams...
Interest in legal research and report writing.
